Position1: Mechanical / Electrical Engineer机械电气工程师
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for manufacture and process deployment, assisting his/her superior in the automated system pre-study, manages/performs deployment studies, coordinates the execution and implementation of feasibility study, Mechanical design, equipment modification/upgrade installation and commissioning till to buy-off.
2. Problem solving, project controlling, contractor management and coordinate among different departments.
3. Filing internal and external documents according to Michelin quality system requirements.
Position 2:IE工业工程师
Responsibilities:
· Optimize the current situation to improve production efficiency.
· Recommend solutions of optimization and accompany the implementation by applying the various stages of the industrial engineering methodology.
· Establish activities reference/ standard or norms and the associated performance tracking systems.
· Advance the performance of the post.
· Contribute to the success of the operation & process.
Position 3:Green Tyre Designer 产品开发工程师
Responsibilities:
l Be responsible for green tyre design.
l Use quality method to analyze the reliability of the product model.
l Design the new product industrialization scheme.
l Participate in the process control.
l Assistant in solving the quality problem.
Position 4 :Tyre Performance Engineer轮胎性能工程师
Responsibility:
l Collect, measure, analyse and understand data about Market Conditions and Tire Performance in China & Asia.
l Define and validate Test Methods on Machines & Vehicles.
l Define Tire Simulation Criteria.
Position 5 :Trainee for Raw Material Development 材料研发培训生
Responsibility:
l Responsible for a given raw material domain (Chemicals, Elastomers, Fillers or Reinforcements).
l Homologate the raw materials, manage the technical relationship with suppliers, coordinate with Purchasing/Asia for Raw Materials strategy for all Asia/Pacific.
l Participate to the worldwide raw material network.
Position 6: Account manager 客户经理
Responsibility:
l To achieve the sell-in volume sell-out volume at the territory level
l To implement the retail distribution plan and to develop mutual business
plan and action plan through targeted retailers and wholesaler in the dedicated territory.
l To implement the commercial policy defined, by applying the entity's sales methods
l To provide relevant training to all targeted customers within the dedicated territory
