Combined with the actual demand of the electrification construction in the tunnel of Yu Mo section of the old fellow railway, the SZP-I intelligent comprehensive operation vehicle of the Wuhan tunnel was developed by the China Railway Electrification Bureau Group Co., Ltd.
The operation vehicle has the functions of multi working condition running, multi-functional operation and intelligent monitoring. It is mainly suitable for automatic drilling of railway electrification tunnel, anchor bolt pull-out test, intelligent installation of davit, cantilever and other operation processes. It can communicate with the dispatching center of China Railway Wuhan Electrification Bureau Group. It is the first comprehensive intelligent operation vehicle for tunnel in China and has completely independent intellectual property rights.
In October 13, 2021, Wang Tongjun, deputy general manager of China National Railway Group Co., Ltd. and Mao Minghua, party secretary and general manager of China Railway Wuhan Electrification Bureau Group Co., Ltd., studied and surveyed the comprehensive intelligent operation vehicle of the tunnel at the grinding station of Yu Lao section of the China Railway old fellow, and received a cordial research team with Professor Deng Bin as the main technology leader.
Deputy general manager Wang Tongjun spoke highly of the operation vehicle and put forward ardent expectations to further optimize the operation process and function of the operation vehicle and better serve the railway tunnel construction.
