At 2:30 pm on December 20th, the experts evaluation meeting of the “Sichuan Key Laboratory of Rail Transportation Construction and Maintenance Equipment” was successfully held in Ruoyu Hall of Jiuli Campus.
The evaluations experts invited to this meeting includes Professor Tan Jianrong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Professor Zhou Feng, director of the State Key Laboratory of Solid Lubrication (Chinese Academy of Sciences); Professor Zhou Qicai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, School of Mechanical and Energy Engineering, Tongji University; Professor Yin Guofu, School of Manufacturing Science and Engineering, Sichuan University; Professor Peng Bei, Deputy Dean of School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China; Professor Zhu Xiaohua, Director of the Key Laboratory of Petroleum and Natural Gas Equipment of Ministry of Education, Southwest Petroleum University; Professor Wang Chengling, senior engineer of Sichuan Mechanical Design Research Institute, China Railway Construction High-tech Equipment Co., Ltd.; Professor Zhang Baoming, senior engineer; and Xue Xiaobing, director of the Information Center of China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co., Ltd. The following experts also attended this meeting including, Director Feng Wei of the Basic Research Division of Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Department, Deputy Director Hua Li, Professor Pu Yun, Professor Zhou Zhongrong, and other person from relevant departments.
At the beginning of the meeting, Vice President Pu Yun expressed a warm welcome to Academician Tan Jianrong and the experts. He pointed out that under the background of the country's active construction of the Sichuan-Tibet railway and intelligent manufacturing 2025, it is necessary and urgent to apply for the construction of the "Sichuan Key Laboratory of Rail Transportation Construction and Maintenance Equipment", and hope that all experts will give valuable comments on the construction of the laboratory.
Subsequently, Professor Qian Linmao, the director of the laboratory, gave a detailed report on the construction purpose and significance of the laboratory, the development, the main research direction, and expected goals, and showed the promotion video of the laboratory.
After the on-site inspection and questioning of the laboratory, the expert group conducted a full discussion on the construction of the laboratory and believed that the laboratory met the construction conditions and requirements of the key laboratory of Sichuan Province, and agreed to recommend it as the key laboratory of Sichuan Province.
The meeting ended successfully.
