From December 23 to January 7, 2019, undergraduate students will take the final examination for the first semester of the 2019-2020 academic year. In order to further strengthen the organization and management of the final examination and the construction of the examination discipline, the party and government leaders of the college conducted the inspection tour, and visited the examination room in Xipu Campus every day to check the discipline and examination situation of the examination room.
In the process of inspection tour, college Party secretary Dong Dawei, President Qian Linmao and other leaders in-depth examination to understand the examination situation, check students' papers, and invigilator teachers carefully communicate, ask about the implementation of the relevant work arrangements.
This semester, the college has formulated the Administrative Measures for the invigilation work for undergraduates of Mechanical Engineering College of Southwest Jiaotong University, which has made detailed provisions and requirements from the aspects of invigilation personnel selection, job responsibilities, invigilation task assignment and invigilation notice. During the inspection tour, Secretary Dong Dawei and President Qian Linmao thanked the invigilator teachers for their hard work, and required the invigilator teachers to perform their duties strictly in accordance with the invigilator management measures formulated by the school and college, and to take the examination discipline seriously, so as to promote the healthy development of the college's teaching work.
